• Verification: Claims must be supported by a video unboxing, submitted within 2 days of receipt.
• Process: Upon approval, we will pick your order within 2-3 Business Days and deliver the exchanged product with 7-10 business days.
• Refunds : Refunds are offered on request basis. In such cases, we shall be crediting the refund amount to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
